Just got back from a long lovely family trip to Tanzania for a Safari with the whole extended family. I got a lot of flack from the showbiz sector (agents, directors, peers) in general about my work vs play choices. I can tell you it is NOT a mistake to spend time in magical places with your children and close family. We had an amazing time, saw tons of incredible animals and natural phenomena, and generally were close and happy. I know from our last Africa trip that we will have these memories forever.
