Shoki’s mom Bibi comes every summer and if we are lucky she makes her chelo kebobs. This time I helped she and Shoki grill them on my grill. It’s grilled tomatoes, the beef kebobs, and the crunchy rice. Shoki also made a tomatoey salad and we had some appetizer pizzas and rose as well. Right before we floated in the bay down at the dock. A perfect Oyster Bay day.
