Sara and I just landed from Spain (Seville, Cordoba, and Granada) where we shadowed a school trip of Lily’s. I was prepared for the Ham but was happily surprised by the incredibly interesting and beautiful Moorish architecture and history. The highlight for me was the Palacio Viana in Cordoba because the palace had managed to maintain it’s incredible gardens and most of the Islamic decoration, and it was filled with all of the family’s books and art and incredible OLD things. I am obsessed with beautiful things that are also useful and this house was full of them. More about the Ham in Food when I get a moment.
