After a cozy Xmas in OB we returned to Jose Ignacio this for the third time. We go to see a family of Danes we met there 4 years ago, and for the sunshine, and for the incredible food everywhere. This year Jessie and Matt came too. The long shadow of Francis Mallman is all over the place so you eat very well. On the way down there was some discussion that this might be the last year, but by the end we were seriously thinking of buying a place there.
