Schwab. I think he discovered this little Latin type joint down on Bayard st. on the edge of China town. (remember Winnie’s?). Two brunches in I can say with confidence that it is very worth the trip. Aside from all the amazing and a typical food, the hostess/ waitress is a huge sweetheart. They have a trippy bathroom that needs to be experienced live, like a sunset, to truly be appreciated
