Michael and I went to AIPAD today. It was great, we saw amazing pics, loved them, hated them, ran into friends, lost a phone, and ate cookies. Then I went solo to see Alec Soth speak to Vince Aletti at the Sean Kelly gallery. They were both very cool, he said that the series of still lives (of which we own one) was a kind of outake in his career path. I can’t decide if that is good or bad. It was a very good day in early spring NYC.
