Chris took this Photo in a pork processing plant in Iowa. We finished our last leg of Eating Animals for the year in Iowa and Northern California. We have been working pretty steadily since India and China in May. It has been fun, tiring, fascinating, and very challenging. It is a real treat to get to meet and learn from all these fascinating people. Theoretically we will be done principle photography sometime this spring. I’ll be both relieved and disappointed for this to be over.
