Chris and I just returned from yet another leg of Eating Animals. Chris drove from Hartford, Ct to Raliegh, NC, where I met him and then we drove to New Orleans and on to Phoenix, AZ. We shot various things along the way, grabbing bits that we needed to flesh out the story. This one was A LOT of travel. We shot some interesting things and ate some decent food. The highlights were NOLA and a restorative stop in Santa Fe, NM. Above is Salt River Canyon in AZ, the highway cuts right thru it. It is really very stunning.
